Sealed J-Sword is a sword-type weapon with an unreduced Hell special. It is notorious for being difficult to find, having a single, extremely rare drop in only one area of the game. It randomly inflicts slow when equipped.

Although it is exceptionally rare, a Sealed J-Sword with Hit % is potentially worth keeping sealed, as it is the only multi-target weapon in the game that is capable of having Hit % as well as an unreduced Hell special.
