Quest update for September 18th, 2022（9/18 クエストアップデート）

Hello hunters!

A new quest series created by @Esther has been added to the server! This series is called Scarlet Realm and you can find it under Episode 1 → Extermination! You can find a thread here with more information about the quests, such as monster counts, backstory, and areas covered.

Additionally, the Penumbral Surge series in Episode 2 had some small fixes and slight changes to monster counts. The monster counts on the wiki will be updated soon.

この度、@Estherさんが作成した新しいクエストシリーズを追加しました！
このシリーズはScarlet Realmというもので、EP1 → 殲滅カテゴリ配下から受けることができます。
クエストの詳細（エネミー数・ストーリー・エリアなど）はコチラのスレッドで確認できます。

さらに、EP2の「幻日の渦中」にシリーズでは、小さな修正とエネミー数の調整がありました。
Wikiのエネミー数は近日中に更新予定です。

As per announcement, the wiki monster counts have been adjusted for the following PS series quests:

- Penumbral Surge #2
- Penumbral Surge #4
- Penumbral Surge #6

Okay, so since I saw some discussions on the fact that PS1-6 was touched again, I'll post this here to give a little bit of closure because I feel bad.
