Quest Enemy Movement Speeds

When playing any quests, the enemies randomly have increased movement speed and attack speed. I couldn't find any forum posts about the problem. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm running the game in windowed mode with default settings and not running in any Windows compatibility.

The quest The Missing Maracas in Episode 1 features some enemies with wildly accelerated everything.

I assume you are also aware of the difference between difficulty modes? Higher difficulties feature faster enemies.

It was the maracas quest, but it was only on normal mode and one person mode. But, thanks for the info. Are there a lot of quests that are like that or is there a way to slow them down?

Missing Maracas is the only quest that does that, and no, you can't slow them down unless you freeze them or something.
