PSO for IPad

I just wanted to put it out that I am interested in starting a PSO for IPad project. I think that there is room to grow. Diablo immortal for ipad has done well. Basically I have little to no coding experience but can help out financially and technically. Is this worth testing out? I thought there was PSO for the Nintendo Switch. Is there this? Can someone redirect me to PSO for the switch. I can’t find it at the shop, online or on Nintendo eshop.

The hardest part would getting it on the App Store. Maybe it could be downloaded with another program And then run as a .gif or something.
