I had this on an old jump drive from Schtserv and it still works here thanks to @tofuman 's excellent help awhile back. Here they are.

The HUD file goes in the data folder.

Err...it doesn't have an allowed extension.

I would really like to share these since I've been asked a few times. Can Tofu or @Matt help? Sorry to bother you... D=
