Problem with floor switches in Government Quest 4-2

It's nice being able to hit all the floor switches with only one player in Normal Mode, but their behavior reverts to vanilla when there are multiple players. With four players this isn't a problem, but my friend and I ran out of time on 4-2 because we couldn't open a door that required us to stand on four switches at once. Is this intended behavior?

It is intended. And, you didn’t run out of time because you couldn’t open a door. You simply went the wrong way.

4 player doors are never required to finish any quests. They’re always optional.

Strange, we checked every other room but couldn't find the two switches for the other door. I thought it was opened from the other side. I'll do the quest again and try to find what we missed.

It seems we didn't get the fourth monument last, so we didn't see the earthquake or the warp appearing. I verified the quest's working. Thanks for the support.
