There seems to be a big jump for >30H, but the clean stats may not help it as it's probably not sphere-worthy. I would guess 50-100.
IMO high stat RM at around 25H+ is fine. You get +30 ATA with Safety Heart, it has nice range to take advantage of the Smartlink range bonus, and you don't need to use its special, so higher hit really isn't that helpful vs. other attributes.
