Weird, I know. Haven't been around since last anniversary and still have like 80 of those in my inventory. :')
Are they still worth anything?
 
Yes. I think they were about 1.5 PD per badge during event? Should still hold their value.
 
I think they were just 1pd, maybe even less since the rewards and gambles last year were pretty bad.
