You can add %s to any of the enemy types (native, machine, etc). That is still a thing.
Non-rare multi-hit weapons have a "reduced" special, meaning on partisan, the demons 1/4 effect is actually much less (ends up being something like 3/8s or something) due to hitting multiple targets.
