Title! Also is it worth more for Resta Merge (I assume not since the Barrier is only 1 PD at Gallon's)?

I've never had an issue selling them for around 5. It has a consistent demand, but it's kind of scarce due to its drop location, and it has no better rates like most of the other merge parts. You basically have to want to farm it because it's very easy to pass it up entirely while leveling.
