I can't remember the exact threshold for desired hot on DF for Hucast, but as far as pricing, 30-50 if I were to guess. 60h seems almost as undesirable as 50h (assume clean), and almost as low in value. Every increment of 5h thereafter 60 seems to have a marginal increase in value from its previous increment (5h) predecessor.
