Probably not too much. I’ve had 60m ones for sale for 1-2pds with no bites.

The difference in rarity between 60h and 100h is astronomical. SNS fixes most accuracy problems, and enemies like Gillichichs aren't exactly super evasive. I could see this tearing waves of smaller machine types to shreds. I'd say 15 PDs for the sheer novelty. (I'm not buying it, but I wouldn't be afraid to ask that much for it.)
