I'd say maybe 5 or 6 PDs. It's super high hit to be sure, but usually arrest is performed with either ranged or multi-hit weps. If you have to run all the way up to an enemy to paralyze it with a Gladius, you may as well have just smashed it with Excal.

I see, thanks. I've used it on my HUcast and almost always paralyzes on first hit.

i'd call this a swag-only weapon. you could try auctioning it to see how high it might go (i doublt higher than what ade said) but its much more sweggy to keep it yourself.
