open applications folder
open utilities
open terminal
let me know when you are there

dir

ok yea that pulled up a list of things with a number and corresponeding folder

sweet, now to navigate to a different folder, type in
cd folder name
so to get to downloads you would type
cd downloads

scroll up through the list to see what all is in there, you might have to go to
cd users
cd [your username]
cd downloads
each time you cd, it helps to type
ls
again to see what is there (oh, and that LS, not Is)

and to go back, I think you can type
..
that should backtrack one folder

ok yea I did cd downloads
ls
and then all the downloaded files listed

cool, search that list for the ephinea_psobb_installer.exe and if you see it, type
wine ephinea_psobb_installer.exe
