Are there any plans to host the source on public version control (if it isn't already)? I know I personally would be stoked to get a chance to contribute and I'm sure I'm not alone. Historically the tethealla source has only been periodically released, but I feel like wider participation in the ongoing development effort would strengthen the project since ideas could be openly discussed and bugs more easily correlated to changes/releases. The number of committers should remain small but you'd get more eyes on the code and people could fork and try things (and ideally submit pull requests later).
Just a thought, I don't know what you guys have in mind.
