No in game cursor for addon moving

I just downloaded Soly's addons as instructed and booted the game. Addons appear on screen but my mouse cursor disappears/doesnt work so now i cant move my addon menus around. Menus are just stacked on each other. is there a command or key i need to press? and also how do I save my layout once I like where all the menus are at? Please help.
 
If you're playing in "Fullscreen" in the launcher, try "Virtual Fullscreen" instead. It will also allow you to alt tab when playing with Direct3D 8, 9, 9on12 renderers.
