Not sure what is going on with my game I have had to install the game for the 5th time in two days. Every time I install and play then restart my pc the game gets messed up and erased and I got to start installation over again. If anyone has a idea what is going on please tell me.

I'm not really sure I'm following here, how is the game getting "messed up"?

Since you said erased, it sounds like it could be your anti-virus screwing with the game, but how much is being erased?

the whole game installation is being erased and I need to redownload the game from the websight and start over.

We require more information. Such as OS, antivirus, and what measures you've taken to restore the game.

I'm playing on a Intel(R) core (TM) i7-4810MQ CPU 2.80GHZ 8gb ram and 64bit windows 10 only anti virus I have is windows defender and once the problem happens there is nothing left to restore just a icon that don't open anything. and from what I can tell from the scan I just did its saying that the game that I downloaded from the site is a Rundas Trojan virus...

Okay, it's not deleting the entire game, it's just removing "online.exe" from wherever you are installing it due to your antivirus. You need to whitelist the folder / executables in the folder to stop it from deleting it.

How do I do this with Windows Defender? I am having the same issue.

Press Windows Key
Type Settings and open the app
Select Update & Security
Select Windows Defender
Select Windows Defender Security Center
Select Virus & threat protection
Select Virus & threat protection settings
Scroll down to Exclusions
Select Add or remove exclusions
Select Add an exclusion
Select folder
Browse for Ephinea's installation folder
Click Select folder

That should be it

I did all that. If I turn off the anti-virus software it runs fine, but even with the exceptions it still prevents the game from loading.

When I used to use AV, sometimes putting a folder into exceptions was not enough, and I would have to target the files themselves as exceptions too.

I have a few keygen, patchers, etc and it works fine just adding the folder.
But well... you never know, such bad coding.
