Music Disc Vol.?

What are these and what do I do with them? I've collected about maybe 7 and used them. They change the background music until I zone somewhere that makes the music change (ex. into the market/hospital/different dungeon)

I somehow got about 5 or 6 "The Wedding March". Listened to it once. Quit the game in about 35 seconds.
