MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll not found

I bought a pc recently and decided to come see what's happening here but I came to this problem while going through stuff

Actually, this has to do with the fact the option.exe is compiled with Visual Studio 2015.

Just go here, download the redistributable, and install it. Both the 32-bit and 64-bit for good measure, since you'll run into this on several PC games in the future anyway: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685
