Meseta desync

So, I've identified a problem with the armor shop which is likely causing some people to get disconnected when depositing meseta at the bank. (After interacting with the armor shop.)

The prices are not being calculated correctly, so I'm looking at it now.

OK, this should be finally patched, even on the main ship, as I deemed it an emergency to patch. No more restarts will happen on the main ship until next Saturday unless there is a HUGE EMERGENCY. Even if there's little broken shit here and there, tough titty, y'all. But I think we're good now.
