Making and Posting Videos

Is there a legal issue in doing so? I gots a YouTube channel with some friends and we do gaming stuff. Since this is a privately run server I'm not sure if it's going to cause any issues if I make content of it. Thanks in advance!

Wouldn't you be able to make them under "fair use"??
I guess as long as you don't monetize them (talking about actual copyrighted stuff lol), for pso I gues you are fine, the only one who could do something is Sega??...

I monitize my videos. I don't think Sega has an issue with YouTube videos. I just didn't want to get anyone here in trouble or anything.
