Looking to join a team

Hello PSO veterans and new players alike =)

I recently joined the ephinea community after having not played pso since early 2000 on GC. I am completely enchanted by this game once again; I have a fairly flexible schedule, plan to be online regularly, and would like to get the most out of this community and game by joining a team.

Are there any teams that are open to a new player joining? If so, could someone explain how I can join and if there are any rules and strictures involved with that team?
