Item Disapear

So I came back yesterday and I had an issue almost right away. I had the enemy part to make Sorcerer Cane but not the quest so I enlisted Ares to help me which he gladly did, however when I got the cane back from him I ended up d/cing shortly after as did he and the item was no where to be seen.

If you don’t have it on your character, your character’s bank or your shared bank, you’re out of luck.

We don’t do item restorations or anything like that. It is in the disclaimer on the sign up page.

Also, I’d highly suggest you to use the trade item function and not drop trade, if that was what you were doing. Trade item from the menu ensures items will be definitely traded correctly.
