Is there a way to change my character model to "BOOM BOOM" JR using mods?

I'm not sure that this will work (or if it would even be appropriate), but I'm a huge NewLegacyInc fan, and was wondering if there's any way of bringing in "BOOM BOOM" JR in the game and have other people see the model like in VR Chat?

I'm specifically talking about the model that's in this video after Jim Ross wins the hardcore championship against Cactus Jack!

Wtf did i just watch x). Anyway, even if you'd manage to get the model into the game, it would only be client side, not server side so only you would be able to see it.
