How can I download my character from Ultima to upload him here?

I've downloaded the character downloader and it says: config file to use [ultima.cfg]:

But I don't know what to do and I can't find a guide.

When I press enter it says 'Failed to open ultima.cfg!'

Did you extract the entire archive into a folder? Or are you trying to just run the EXE from inside of the archive?

You need to extract the archive into a folder and then run the program from that folder.

Try run it as admin
