HEX editing exe for IP address?

Is there a guide on how to create a PSOBB.EXE for your server? or Where-abouts this IP address is in the file that we must edit?

Search for "TLobby". If BB is like every other version, the server name will probably be right under it.

Hmm, I found "TLobby" but nothing around it that looks like an IP

Actually.. look for psobb
If that doesn't work.. go to the offset 0056D70C.

Yea, I found the following...

Should I edit all of them? What about the "db.psobb.cn"?

don't change that... just the IP addresses (change all of them) max 23 characters + 1 null [0] at the end of each IP.

Now, for me local testing the 127 IP is just fine... However when I run the client, it says that my client is out-of-date? Any idea?

Your client version should match with the login client version expected... so either hex edit the login, or the client.
I would suggest to just grab soda's client patch util... I made an UI one.. but both work just the same.
