Would this be possible? HC players don't have any bonuses while in season mode so it's not like normal players would be circumventing anything until after the season is over.
Not happening. Yes, it sounds good at first, but normal players don’t have the restrictions for dolls from quests. Also, HC players can YOLO harder if they can have someone hold onto gear for them in case they die.
