Forum Suggestion: "New Trade Posts"

We already have a sidebar for "new posts" (with trades excluded) and "new profile posts"

Would it be possible to get one for "new trade posts" which appears 3rd on the sidebar (below "new profile posts" and above "new resources"

It would need to include all 4 trade forums.

(Although "Hardcore" is up for debate - it might be confusing if no one is paying attention. A solution is to tell all hardcore players to put [HC] in the beginning of their topic title if they wish to prevent confusion)

Why do this? It would solve the problem of "no one reads tradelists" - no one reads them because they're hidden away in their own section. If I don't have notifications set up, sometimes I don't even see people post in my OWN tradelist.

Also as an aside, does anyone (eg: @ToasterMage ) know how to actually do this, so that it would be a simple copy/paste for Soda or Tofu?

Note: I was going to do it myself with RSS, but I ran into issues (no way to determine if a post is "new/unread," cuts off at a specific point, and I would need to merge all 4 feeds)

I think this is a cool idea, @Matt are you able to manipulate those parts of Xenforo?

I like the idea also. Though it's alot of clutter imo.

Maybe each section having a drop down which is automatically set closed to keep it tidy. Then you can simply click which you wish to view.
