i got this error and someone told me to whitelist in my anti virus but my window defender say it was a trojan horse .. so i'm a bit scare to let that install .. what do i need to do ? please

It's a false positive. Clean out your quarantine and whitelist the Ephinea folders and depending on your AV, all the individual exe's, its all safe lol.
