Ephinea様、10周年おめでとうございます！
みなさんイベントを楽しんでおられますでしょうか？

僭越ながら10周年を記念して、とある企画を開催いたします。

その名も…「ephineAAnni」！
(読み方は「えふぃーにえいえんに」)

ささやかではありますが賞品も用意しております。
ご参加、エンジョイしていただければ幸いです。
■概要
・ストリーマーの皆様に「視聴者参加型配信」を行っていただきます
・配信内で特定のクエストを周回していただきます
　同時配信ではなく各ストリーマーのお好きな時間、お好きな長さで配信していただけます
　開催期間中でしたら何度でも配信していただけます
　もちろん、期間中に別内容の配信をしていただいても構いません

■ストリーマーの参加条件
・Youtube or Twitch配信
・配信タイトル内に「#ephineAAnni」の文字列を含む
・「視聴者参加型配信」であること
・配信開始時に、本FORUMスレッド上にて開始の告知（代理人の投稿可能）
・配信アーカイブを14日間以上閲覧可能にする
　(配信トラブルのためにアーカイブを残せなかった場合、もしくは削除せざるを得なかった場合はご相談ください)
・後述の対象クエストを周回
　(同配信中の待ち時間や気分転換に別のクエストを周回しても構いませんが
　 後述の賞は対象クエスト周回中のみに適用される点にはご注意ください)
・パーティメンバーの2枠以上をコメント欄から募集しようとしていること

■企画の目的
・10周年イベントを盛り上げたい！

・マイルストーン特典をみんなで解放したい！

　2025年9月30日(火)までにご用意できるよう努力致しますが、申請数が多い場合は遅くなってしまう可能性があります

■受賞の対象
・配信内のAAシリーズ周回中に、ドロップ品によるバナーを流す
　※メリキュスによるアギトはドロップ率が非常に高いため、唯一対象外とさせてください。申し訳ありません。
・配信内で同バナー品を拾い、「バナー品を発見しました」の文字を配信に載せる
　「/findprivacy」のコマンドをoffにしている必要がありますのでご注意ください。
・同バナー品を賞品と交換（もちろん辞退可能）
　受け取ったバナー品は後日まとめてBank auctionでPDにし、参加してくれたストリーマーのみなさま全員に
　「Ephineaを広めるのに貢献してくれたことに対する感謝」として均等に分配します。
　（対象クエスト周回数が極端に少ないと判断した場合は対象外とします。）

I'm planning a little Event (let me call "Project") in this event.
It will be called… "ephineAAnni"!

There will also be small Prizes available.

■Overview
・Streamers will be stream "viewer participation type stream."
・Run the "Target Quests" during the stream.
　Streamers will not be streaming simultaneously, but will be able to stream at their own time and for as long as they like.
　Streams are allowed as many times as they like during the project period.
　Of course, you are welcome to stream other content during this projects period.

　(You may run a different quest during the stream or to take a break, but please note that the rewards described below only apply when u are running the "Target Quests.)
・Recruit at least two party members from the stream comments.
　(It's OK to fill any remaining slots with random players.)

・Participants in streams of streamers who meet the participation requirements
・Those who can abide by the streamer's streaming rules
・Those who can play the game with respect for other players

・ES Weapon (no special) with the name of your choice
　Resale is permitted.
　Items in stock at my shop will be available for pickup upon request.
　Items that are out of stock or have custom names will be delivered as soon as they are ready.

　I will do my best to have your items ready by 2025/9/30日(Tue), but there may be delays due to a high number of requests.
　In such cases, I will contact you to inform you of the delay.

■Conditions for Receiving a Prize
・Display a banner of item drop during the stream.
　*Please note that Agito dropped by Mericus has a very high drop rate, so it is the only item that is not eligible.
　I apologize for the inconvenience.
・Pick up the banner item during the stream and post a caption stating "You found the banner item" during the stream.
　Please note that the "/findprivacy" command must be turned off.
・Exchange the banner item for a prize (you can decline, of course).
　The banner items received will be Bank Auctioned at a later date, and distributed equally among all participating streamers
　as a token of appreciation for their contributions to spreading Ephinea.

本企画に賛同してくださって非常にありがたいのですが、ストリーマー様が参加条件を満たしていない配信の参加者は「賞品」および「ストリーマー様への分配PD」の受け取り対象にはなりません。

I have seen streams that include "#ephineAAnni" in the stream title but do not announce the start of the stream on this FORUM thread.
I'm very grateful for your support of this project, but participants in streams where the streamer does not meet the participation requirements will not be eligible to receive the "Prize" or "PD distributed to streamers."

Please help us work towards equality and transparency, thx.

〇 謝罪/Apology
本企画において、他ストリーマー様の配信の宣伝およびコメント欄への挨拶を私からは行わないことに致しました。
理由は以下の4点です。

1. 公平な対応のため
一方のストリーマー様について配信を宣伝・コメント欄への挨拶をし、一方に対してしないというのは公平な対応ではないため。

2. 宣伝について
本企画終了までの間に公式のDiscordサーバーにて企画配信の宣伝を何度も私からするのは他ユーザーにとって鬱陶しく、本企画と私自身のイメージを損なってしまうものと考えるため。
(企画開始時1人目の配信者さんのみ宣伝させていただこうと考えていました。)

3. コメント欄への挨拶について
コメント欄への挨拶については、すでに3人のストリーマー様に対してさせていただきました。
その際、主催が配信に顔を出すというのは少しお邪魔ではないかと感じました。

4. 私自身の事情について
全企画配信について宣伝とコメント欄でのあいさつを私が徹底するというのは難しいです。
また、その全てのケースでストリーマー様に謝罪のDMを送るというのは、自分都合で非常に申し訳ないのですが私にとって荷が重いものとなってしまいます。


私の力不足で、全配信について宣伝およびコメント欄への挨拶をすることができず申し訳ありません。
ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
For this project, I have decided not to promote other streamers' streams or say hello in the comments section.
There are four reasons for this:

1. To ensure fairness
It would not be fair to promote one streamer's stream and greet them in the comments section while not doing so for the other.

2. Regarding promotion
I believe that repeatedly promoting the planned stream on the official Discord server until the end of this project would be annoying to other users and would damage the image of this project and myself.
(When the project began, I had planned to only promote the first streamer.)

3. Regarding greetings in the comments section
I have already greeted three streamers in the comments section.
At that time, I felt that it would be a bit intrusive for the organizer to appear in the stream.

4. Regarding my personal circumstances
It would be difficult for me to thoroughly promote and greet streamers in the comments section for every planned stream.
Also, I am very sorry that I would have to send DMs apologizing to the streamers in every case, but this would be a heavy burden for me.

I apologize for not being able to promote all of the streams or say hello in the comments section due to my lack of ability.
