I made 3 spreadsheets that cover drop rate statistics for most of the important quests in this game. With Christmas event around the corner, the Christmas spreadsheet was just finished:
The event spreadsheets also include many more quests that are run frequently.
The sheets show all items and drop rates for all IDs on Ultimate. You can make a copy of the sheets and insert the current drop boosts, which will update the rates for all quests. It also shows how many runs you need to get a drop (on average). This way you can compare on a quest to quest basis.
A nice little extra is the drop chart on the second last tab, that displays the boosted rates. For everyone who wants to skim the dropcharts with current drop boosts taken into account.
The anniversary sheet is already outdated, as a new quest series is being developed. Once it releases, I will work on an updated spreadsheet.
(Halloween quests could also be added, I will update when I feel like doing one)
