Your antivirus or Windows Defender is blocking ephinea.dll. You need to add an exclusion for the EphineaPSO folder in your antivirus/Windows Defender.
If you're using Windows Defender...
Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > "Manage settings" under "Virus & threat protection settings'
Scroll down. Click "add or remove exclusions" and then add an exclusion for wherever your EphineaPSO is. Then just run the launcher (online.exe) and you should be good.
