DLL Error?

Hi yeah sorry, whenever I boot the game either through Online.exe or the actual PSO application it shows "DLL ERROR" in the bottom left of the main menu screen.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times now but continue to have the same issue.
Also, whenever I try to update through Online.exe it auto-closes Online.exe and it vanishes completely from my PC.

No Idea what to do, any and all help would be mucho appreciated.
 
Your antivirus or Windows Defender is blocking the dll and also sounds like it's blocking online.exe. Whitelisting the EphineaPSO folder or adding an exclusion for the folder usually resolves it.
