Discord invitation not accepted

I've pressed approve Discord invitation on the ephinea homepage, but it doesn't approve. Is approval blocked by any chance?

Are your browser security settings really high or by chance an adblocker is stopping the invite? As far as I know ephinea has a perma dedicated invite so it should work.

That's weird. I'm sure I've disabled the ad blocker and I've put the invitation link directly into the discord app, but I can't invite them
