Delete account and guildcard

Having been back in game for an hour after 15 years of not playing PSO I'm already bored of and irrationally annoyed at it; exactly as I was when I quit. I'm half tempted to trade in my Gamecube copy for Real Farm lol. Is there a way I can delete my Guildcard and forum account?
