Crashing During Dragon Fight

So I've gone through this quest like 4 times now, and each time I crash (psobb.exe has stopped working) while the dragon is flying.

Here's what I've tried so far
Reinstalling
Running in compatibility mode for XP
Lowering resolution to 1024x768
Lowering settings to medium
Running the game as admin
Whitelisting it on my AV

Specs
Win7 64 bit
i5-2500k
rx 480
 
Pretty weird! Not sure what to tell you... It’s hard to troubleshoot when there are several different hardware and software configurations across PCs.

I’d check to make sure there isn’t anything extra enabled in your ATI Control Panel as far as enhancements and things too. Perhaps also try changing video card driver?

Maybe the dragon’s breath is so hot, it caused your PC to overheat and crash? No, all jokes aside, really not sure what is up!
 
Oh man for some reason I thought the DEP thing was only for Win10.
I got both of your suggestions fixed, hopefully one of them does the trick.
