Crash on New Character creation

All has been fine over the last few days, including new character creation. Since the most recent patch from less than an hour ago, the game crashes as soon as I attempt to create a New Character. Still able to play currently created characters. Unsure if Character Banks 2-8 are affected as those all require a new character to be built in order to play and transfer back to character Bank 1 and I'd like to avoid losing all access entirely lol. Please let me know if there's any additional information I can provide.

Let me take a peek at this. I must have hosed something on my final commit 'cuz it WAS working fine.

Yeah, I'm a dumbass. On code cleanup, I removed one important line.

Uploading fixed DLL in a second.
 
OK, all the stupid bugs with videos and character should be completely fixed with v1422. Haha.
