Choppy performance

Performance seems very choppy, especially when rotating the camera - check the last 30 seconds of the video for instant smooth/choppy when I turn around.

Is this internet lag or a graphical issue?

Settings and PC specs.

Try changing to DirectX 8 or 12. Try changing graphical present to “Normal” instead of high end as well.

Thanks. 12 seemed better than 8 but still not perfect. Will drop the graphical setting to normal next time (although it runs perfect on my laptop so maybe I just hook that up to the tv instead).
