Chameleon scythe 9 stars??

Ok i was buying chameleon scythes for team points since i had a ton of badges. everything i could find said they were 11 stars yet the game says nope 9 stars so is everything wrong or is this a bug?

Every site I found actually lists it as 11 stars, except two: wikiwiki.jp/psobb/ and universps.online.fr, which list it as 9 stars. There's a chance they pulled from game data too idk, not sure the history behind this.

Funny thing is astro belt is a 10 star item that has reduced hell. Snake Spire has a better chance at auto death than it.
