Can't download update

Hi everyone. I played and updated the client six months ago without any issues. I decided to return to the game, but I can't update it.There are no error messages; it simply won't download.
Verified:
1. ping to pioneer2.net
2. Complete reinstallation of the game
3. Permissions to the EphineaPSO folder (for all)
4. Path to folder C:\Users\notne\EphineaPSO
5. Read-only mode removed

Please , help :'(

The same problem has arisen, and we haven’t been able to solve it yet.

The game's patch, login, and ship servers are located on different hosts than the website. You can try pinging ephinea1.pioneer2.net which is the location of the login, patch, and Fodra.

If you can't reach that, I'm not sure what we could do. It might be because AWS is blocking connections from Russia. I know some Russian players are able to connect and play at the moment, but that might be due to using a VPN or some other proxy.
