Can't create a second character

Hello all,

I have my main character working fine. I am trying to create a second character and here is what happens.

I complete the whole new character process
hit ok
I get this message SOBB.EXE HAS STOPPED WORKING
kicked out of game.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Because you did a : infront of the P. Also you can edit your posts if you wish to change.

I'd recommend going through Soda's and also my FAQ and see if following any of those help you. The thread is stickied at the top of this troubleshooting section. Sorry this thread slipped through the cracks.
