I'm not sure what happened. It looks like their inventory desynced, mainly the Dimates, Trimates, and also 1x Meseta (?!). It's strange there was no banner about the desync and no entries in the ship logs on Auldrant.
There were two client patches this year regarding the floor item limit. However, I cannot find any issue with them from code inspection or testing. The first patch is about the "saved" storage for items on other floors and should not affect this. The second patch in June was about removing the 50 item floor limit for the host. If those patches had a bug, I would expect a different issue.
I tried and failed to reproduce this in a few quests. I watched more of that video but nothing really stood out for when the desync may have occurred. I would need more information to reproduce this, if it's even reproducible
