I just found this and was curious what the value could possibly be?
I know Ephinea upped it's Blizzard activation rate to match that of Arrest, so I can see this being a useful tool for HUcast/caseal on Branaz and others.
I bought a blizzard raygun with 45/45/0/0/75h a while ago, but I can't find the thread in search. If you can find it that could be a good basis of starter price. Like Terra says, defo Auction.
