Okay. I've gone through the steps so many time in the text and I think I'm where I'm supposed to be.

Problem: I start the game and it doesn't boot up.

I'm stuck at number 5: Turn on Data Execution Prevention for essential Windows programs only

I go to Control Panel->System and Security->System->Advanced System Settings->Performance->Settings->Data Execution Prevention

The option is greyed out.

I am the Administrator.

I've already added an exception for Ephinea.

HELP!!!!!! I Give up. Going to bed.

Shot in the dark, do you have the proper direct X installed?

I do have it installed.

That said, figured out the issue. For DEP, I didn't include the game on the exemption. Didn't work the same when I left it at essential programs only.

Anywho, now the issue I have is the game crashes at the title screen. Any ideas?

I should also say that when it crashes, I can't reenter the game.
