bank issues

I don't know if it's a glitch or if I'm doing this wrong, but I'm trying to access my other character banks. My hunter character has stuff that I want to give to my force character. People told me to use the /bank command, but whatever character I'm playing my stuff goes away, when I type the /bank command again my stuff is back. I can't switch between character banks what should I do?

When you're in game, and you type /bank a message should come up that says "Shared" first, then if you type it again it goes back to "Character". Shared bank is the one that goes between your characters, so while you're on "shared" is where you should be putting stuff you want your other characters to get. Each individual "character" bank is only accessible by that character. They're two separate banks.

We deprecated character banks a while ago in favor of having all 32 characters accessible from the character select screen. Just scroll down!
