Looking to buy a Heavenly/Battle. I know it costs 2 pd but I only have 1 pd and some materials. I can put in 8 power mats, 2 luck mats, 6 HP mats in place of the other 1 pd.

The 8 power mats suffices for the pd, the others are probably unneeded.
