Turned up your speakers?
Confirmed audio works in Windows otherwise?
If you are getting audio, try going to "Sound" in the Windows Control Panel and verifying your device is set as the default playback device. If it is, hit "Configure" on your device. Try setting it to simple "Stereo".
If you're already on "Stereo", click "Properties" on your device then click the "Advanced" tab. Set your "Default Format" to 16-bit, 48000 Hz.
If that still doesn't work, go back to Properties and then go to the "Enhancements" tab and select "Disable all enhancements" and see if that resolves your issue. Also confirm you don't have a "Spatial sound" setting set up in the "Spatial sound" tab, ensure it's set to "Off".
If all that doesn't work, try checking for an updated sound driver for your system.
If there isn't one, go grab an Apple USB-C to 3.5mm $9 and plug it into your PC and use that, 'cuz that's all I've got.
