Another Row for Hotkeys

So you know how there's one row, 1-9, of hotkeys? Is there any way you could add another row for more accessibility? Like you could hold down control to get your secondary row or something.

I've asked around and nobody knows how to do it/ says you can't, so sorry if it's already a button combo I don't know about.

It'd be nice to implement into the game itself but it would require reworking the client quite a bit (not just for flipping, but somehow being able to actually customize the bottom palette)

However!

Tofuman's Palette Manager, located in this thread allows you to do exactly what you want, which is put things on Flip 1-0.
