A new 007 movie is coming out and it will no longer be Daniel Craig! An African American woman will be the new 007 and I'm quite excited, as it is a breakthrough for minority representation.

However, 007 originated quite a long time ago, so I just wanted to make this post to look back on all the great people who played our lovable MI6 spy.

Pierce Brosnan was the first 007 I saw so it is etched into my memory, and he was also very smooth. I think the GoldenEye game that I grew up on (dat mutiplayer...dat fuckin oddjob...) also probably makes me envision Pierce Brosnan when I hear 007. Very different to my dad who envisions Sean Connery, but he's old.

I don't get the backlash against Lashana Lynch though. I hope better judgement can be made AFTER the movie comes out!

Sean Connerys my favourite bond though I am partially to the more grounded Daniel Craig movies too.
Pierce Brosnan does get a special mention as Golden Eye was a good movie and an amazing game, whittled away much of my childhood playing golden eye multiplayer!
