all my chars disappeared and my 6 accounts are empty!!!

while yesterday everything was ok, after last update all my characters disappeared!!!
I have the accounts bellow:
Hard mode
1. 42000771
2. 42002582
3, 42002775
Normal mode
1. 42000443
2. 42000503
3. I don't remember the number of this account I think 42002583 but I have the username and the password.

All of your characters are there, I just confirmed. Looks like you probably accidentally changed your character bank in the launcher.

Look at the upper right when you run "Online", make sure it says SLOT 01-04.
